At LEAN Verdura, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products that you'll love. Since our products are food items, we follow strict hygiene and food safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food items once they have been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality. 
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • An incorrect product
  • A missing item
  • A product that appears to have been tampered with during transit

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled by LEAN Verdura.
  • Your order is cancelled before dispatch.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Quality Assurance

Every LEAN Verdura order is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you experience any concerns regarding product quality, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and our team will be happy to assist you.
